In my youth, I was an enthusiastic and competitive distance runner and ran up to 80 miles a week. At the end of my career I could not even walk without being in pain. Multiple podiatrists told me that I required foot surgery.
At the suggestion of a friend, I saw a special massage therapist who completely rehabilitated my feet. After the first session I was able to comfortably walk and run without pain. The therapist saw me another nine times to complete the treatment.
From that time on, I have kept an open mind toward alternative treatments, and encourage you to do the same.
How I Restore my Energy, Relax and Connect with Life
After I stopped running in my early twenties, I discovered yoga and meditation, and have used both to help me energize, relax, and connect to life. Over 25+ years of practice, I have gained quick, effective, and easy to learn coping skills of reducing anxiety, relaxing deeply, and connecting with life – I will happily share them with you.

The Key Question That Changed My Career
Like almost all therapists, I had been taught that to heal trauma, you had to relive the trauma. Only about half the people would partially heal, and some clients would be further traumatized.
Then about five years ago, three clients who had been extremely traumatized throughout their whole life individually asked me, “Is there a way to heal past trauma without having to relive the pain of the experience?”
This question was certainly worth investigating.
After searching I found out that, yes, there was a very gentle and efficient means to heal many kinds of trauma as well as emotional and physical pain without having to relive it.
Using this very gentle, rapid and effective therapy those three clients overcame their past traumas and greatly improved their lives.
Discovering Energy Psychology
The new area of psychology and medicine that I had found at the prompting of my three suffering clients is called Energy Psychology. Energy Psychology is an evidenced based scientific method with a large body of research backing up its superior results.
Energy Psychology uses the power and energy of the mind-body connection to swiftly and gently improve, reduce and heal all sorts of ailments and conditions without side effects:
